I started my health and fitness journey to do something for myself. I realised that i was putting on weight and my clothes were starting to become snug and instead of moving up a dress size, I decided to do something about it. I wanted to be taught what to do to get in shape and that's Exactly what albert has done. Love that A-team fitness cares about their community, regardless of who trains you, you feel like everyone is there to support you, members included! There is so much I’ve achieved. I have lost 10kg, dropped 30cm overall from my hips, chest and waistline. I've become stronger, fitter, my back ache has gone and i have learnt what works for my body when it comes to my health and fitness. This is invaluable.
I chose the A-team as Albert listened to my goals and I didn't feel pressured to sign up immediately like I have with other fitness centres. So far I have achieved 7kg in weight loss and become stronger than I have been. I have felt more energetic and willingness to spend more time in activities with the families rather than feeling too tired to do anything like before. Something that I haven't been able to do in the last 4 years. I have become more accountable with my exercise and eating because Sulav checks in with my eating habit and changes my exercise so that I meet my goals.

I started my fitness journey when I was 17 and sick of being overweight and unhappy. I'm now 30 but the best part is that health and fitness is now part of my lifestyle.
